The Human Performance Laboratory located at the North Carolina Research Campus, in conjunction with Appalachian State University have presented their findings at the recently held 2013 Experimental Biology conference in Boston Massachusetts. The purpose of this study was to determine if ASEA produces  increased endurance during treadmill run times compared to placebo and if so, why.The results? Incredible. ASEA increased run times 29% over placebo!*

How? ASEA seems to lower the inhibition of fatty acid oxidation, how the body turns fat into energy, and increases muscle glycogen sparing, by upwards of 30%.


Increased energy released + energy stored in the muscles = increased endurance.
