Did you see my Facebook post recently for the Ranch-like dressing recipe using avocado? (If not you can click over there and get it! Would you also please LIKE the page while you are there?)

As I commented on the post, unlike Doc, I am not particularly fond of avocado.  When I found the recipe using avocado, I was hoping it’s benefit would be two-fold: as a source of some great nutrition and good fats and as a healthy replacement for the abundant amounts of Ranch dressing we use in this household!

Well, avocado just keeps coming up to my heart and I find this wonderful info-graphic, used with permission, from Dr. Mercola! The article with it is excellent so I wanted to share it with you all. You know we have taught you for years the benefits of GOOD FATS! In agreement with our take on them, Dr. Mercola had this to say regarding being ravenous between meals, weight control, and staying healthy:
