We felt if more folks had a doable quick healthy alternative, they would make the change to increase their health. So today, we will look at what makes for a healthy start to your day and a healthy deposit for your longevity! Here are a few of the most important things that provide for a healthy breakfast:

  • Essential Fatty Acids – to build-up the tissues, cell structure, and total health of the vascular system. These are delivered in a strategically specific vehicle of sulfur-rich protein that ensures entry into the body’s cell structures.
